Appalachian Investment Properties LLC, it is a real estate investment company. The address is my home address and I am the Sole Member of the LLC. I began investing using the LLC in Fall of 2024. I devote around 20 hours per month to this business. Those hours aren't necessarily during securities trading hours. I find properties, invest in them, flip them, rent them out, wholesale them, etc.
