COSA SALVAJE INC. POSITION: Board Member NATURE: Cosa Salvaje Inc. is a tequila brand that was created by a family member. The business sells tequila domestically in several states. Merchandise (hats, t-shirts, etc.) are also sold on occasion. Business activity may include other tequila spirits in the future, but at this time the primary product is tequila with periodic merchandise sales. The company was organized into a C-corporation in 2025 and I am being asked to serve on the board of directors. My role would receive no compensation.
