I am currently employed on a limited basis by AEGIS Hedging Solutions, LLC located at: 2829 Technology Forest Blvd #440, The Woodlands, TX 77381 AEGIS is not securities related. AEGIS has two subsidiaries, AEGIS CTA, LLC which is a Commodity Trade Advisor (CTA) registered with the CFTC and NFA and AEGIS SEF, LLC which maintains a Swap Execution Facility (SEF) registered with the CFTC. AEGIS' hedging activities are exclusively focused on helping companies manage commercial commodity price risk. I became a full-time employee in January 2022 and retired from my full-time position as the AEGIS Chief Customer Officer in December 2025. The role focused on maintaining quality service delivery to retain and expand the customer base. I did not (and do not) provide any trading advice or perform any trading activity. As an Officer in the company, I was registered as a Principal with the NFA, however, I was withdrawn from the NFA when I retired in December 2025. At this point I work only on an ad-hoc basis (typically ~2 hours per month) as an Advisor to the CEO (my former boss) and coaching / mentoring to my former team. I am no longer an officer of the company.
