I am a member of the board of managers of both Greenmont Timber GP LLC and Greenmont Timber Manager LLC. These entities are located at 427 Park Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902. These entities serve as the General Partner and Management Company of Greenmont Timber Partners, LP (a private fund, interests in which were offered to investors pursuant to Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933). I have been a member of the boards of these entities since January 2015. My responsibilities as a board member are limited to attending quarterly meetings and voting on key matters.
