(a co-located affiliate of PFS Investments Inc.) for part-time referrals of home security and automation products, as well as other home related services. Scott Smith, me, was a V.P. at Gene & George Smith Sanitation before all of its assets were sold Premier Disposal. The corporation is still active as it gets money from Premier as part of the sale over the next 7 years. But it has no customers and no other activity, part of its agreement of sale with Premier Disposal. It is a garbage business, has never had investment related activities, I had that position since 1996. I spend maybe an hour a month on that business. No hours during trading hours.
