As it stands now I run a CPA firm, DIL LLC dba Duryea Ingraham Loff CPAs. Once CRL Advisors is approved as an RIA firm, there will be some overlap where I operate both DIL LLC (a CPA firm doing taxes and accounting) and CRL Advisors LLC. CRL Advisors is meant to absorb the tax and accounting business of DIL LLC such that DIL LLC goes away at the end of 2019. Still, though, CRL Advisors at that point will be involved in two lines of business: investment advisory and CPA firm - taxes and accounting. I should also mention that I formed a software company called Keenly Inc that provides tax practice management capability. I think I erroneously left this off prior forms. I am the 100% owner of the C-Corporation - but there is not yet any operating activity or revenue.
