Mr. Boettcher spends approximately half of his time on outside business activities during market hours. Mr. Boettcher began (and is President of) Bedrock Financial Services ("BFS") in November 2010. BFS is located at the same office location in Scottsdale Arizona as the Advisory business, as disclosed above (and on the ADV 2B).
