I'm a shareholder in and Chairman of Quincepol LLC the U.S. parent company of Nativiana. I set the agenda for and chair the board of directors meetings of the parent company. There exists a full team of operating executives who execute the company's business day to day (CEO, CFO, General Manager, Sales Heads and Marketing heads along with factory general manager). The CEO reports to the board of directors. 5 Hours a month devoted during Trading Hours, 20 Hours a month devoted during non-trading hours. Neuberger Berman BD LLC ("NBBD") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC, ("NBIA") a registered investment adviser, which shares offices with each NBBD office.
