I am a self-employed private music teacher/ performer and marching band drill writer. Neither of these business are investment related. I teach my lessons out of Herter Music Center at 901 Washington Ave, Bay City MI. 48708. I am not employed by Herter Music Center, I rent out a room to teach my lessons there. I teach music lessons to saxophone students in a one on one setting. In addition to teaching I am occasionally hired to play paid performances however these are not recurring and happen 1-3 times a year. Along with teaching and performing, I do design marching band shows for high school marching bands.
