Effective August 2025, Mr. Julian discloses an outside business activity of Estate Planning Services through HK Legacy Law, PLLC ("HKLL"). This is fully disclose on Mr. Julian's ADV 2B Brochure Supplement and is also disclosed as part of Corda's services on the Firm Brochure related to Estate Planning Services. HKLL is a law firm that is not affiliated with or related to Corda. Through HKLL, CORDA clients can access attorney led estate planning document preparation and other legal services. Although Corda recommends clients use the services of HKLL, clients are not obligated or required to use such services or HKLL, and Corda is not paid for the referral to HKLL. The services of CORDA and HKLL are separate and distinct from one another, each with a separate agreement for services rendered. There is no common ownership between CORDA and HKLL. HKLL Is located in Houston, Texas.
