1) I am the founder and CO- CEO of Madison Student Rentals. We own and manage student housing properties in and around the Madison Wisconsin area. Myself and my business partner are the sole employees and all decisions come from us. We invest in real estate properties. The legal headquarters is 757 Regal Ridge, Hudson WI. We met in the fall of 2023 and formed the company in the summer with the acquisition of our first property. We each devote no more than 10 hours per month and that will be decreasing significantly when we have our management company take over the day to day.
