Carol Greenwald is chairman of the Board of CAMERA (Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis). She oversees board of Directors quarterly meeting and leads/coordinates strategic discussion at Board level. Time spent is about 2 hours a week. This is an unpaid position. Greenwald was elected chair in June 2026. For the prior 32 years she had served as Treasurer of the organization. Potomac has a contract with this organization to manage its investments. Potomac does not charge a management fee for its investment advisory services and returns its share of commissions charged on trades. CAMERA is headquartered in Boston, MA. Carol Greenwald also heads a family foundation, the Carol Schwartz Greenwald Family Foundation, which was established in June 2013. The foundation is only funded by personal contributions from Carol Greenwald. The Foundation does not solicit or accept funds from anyone else. The Foundation does not solicit projects .The Foundation works primarily with three other non-profits who present projects to be funded by the Foundation on my annual trip to Israel. I spend 2-3 days of my vacation visiting projects or previously funded projects. Neither I nor anyone else in my family is paid any compensation. The only person paid is the outside accountant who files the tax return. Greenwald has no daily, weekly or monthly activities apart from occasionally being contacted about a new or existing project. On a continuing basis. this is far less than an hour a month. The Foundation is headquartered in Maryland.
