Equity Pathway Properties, LLC - I own investment real estate through this LLC and ma continue to acquire, hold, and manage residential investment properties. I also occasionally engage in real estate related transactions with personal funds, including transactions with personal funds, including transactions involving friends, family members, or other personal contacts. EDP, LLC - this is an LLC that was set up during my time as a Life Insurance Producer. Although I no longer service clients any longer, I am still receiving trailing commissions form the contracts-initiated years ago.
