I am part owner and share landlord duties for a rental condominium property located in El Segundo, California. This rental activity commenced in June 2015. I spend on average about one hour per month in this activity. My duties are infrequent but include lease negotiations, property maintenance, repair, coordination of handymen and bookkeeping. I perform most of these duties on my spare time and not during trading hours. The only time I might engage in these duties during trading hours would be in the case of an emergency such as a fire or plumbing emergency.
