Keiter, Stephens, Hurst, Gary & Shreeves. Mr. Hodges is employed full-time by Keiter, a Virginia-based public accounting firm. He is not employed by Focus Partners Wealth, LLC ("Focus"), even though Focus has registered him as an Investment Advisor Representative ("IAR"). Keiter has a referral/solicitation agreement in place with Focus. Virginia's securities law requires that an individual making a solicitation to an SEC-registered investment advisory firm be registered as an IAR.
