I collect art prints by Shepard Fairey and was thinking about starting a sole proprietorship to sell my collection (eventually). It would be called Concrete Canvas. To the best of my knowledge, it is not investment related. The address would be out of my home at 1786 South 600 E Salt Lake City Utah, for shipping purposes on EBay or whatever. My position would be sole proprietor, and I believe that covers the title/relationship with the business as well. I started collecting prints in January 2022. I devote 0-3 hours per month on the business/prints in my free time. I devote ZERO HOURS to the business during securities trading hours. I don't have any duties to the other business as it is voluntary and self-directed.
