Since April 2019, I have been a member of the Board of Directors of Susuerte, located in Manizales, Colombia, at CR 23 C No. 64-32. My role is as an ALTERNATE member of the board, where I do not exercise control nor have voting rights. During this time, I have supported and advised the Board as a consultant on the strategic, commercial, and financial direction of the company. The company is a multi-product business with a robust transactional network of services. The Board of Directors meets once a month in a mixed modality (online and in-person), with meetings lasting between 3 to 4 hours per month during trading hours. The company has NO direct relationship with the financial sector, nor does it act as a Broker-Dealer, issuer, investment company, Investment Adviser, futures sponsor, bank, or savings association. Additionally, I am currently employed as a Relationship Manager Assistant of BTG Pactual Asset Management US, LLC, which is located at 601 Lexington Avenue, 57th floor, New York, NY, 10022 and working from 200 South Biscayne Blvd, 55th Floor, Miami, Florida, 33131. BTG Pactual Asset Management US, LLC is a SEC Registered Investment Adviser and an affiliate of BTG Pactual US Capital, LLC. My employment at BTG Pactual Asset Management US, LLC commenced in December 2025.
