I am a independently contracted person who types Property Damage Estimates for Able Adjusting, INC, a Public Insurance Adjusting company. In carrying out those duties, I receive handwritten field notes from Adjusters and input them into an industry standard software that prepares a preliminary damage estimate. Delivery of estimate is then delivered to the client, Able Adjusting, INC. I receive compensation on a per estimate basis and bill accordingly per quarter. I am solely employed to type estimates. Roughly takes up around 12-15 hours of my personal time per quarter. The work is all done after work and or on weekends on my personal time.
