I own 55% of MRAP, LLC dba Market Ready, a for-profit residential construction business that ceased operations in 2019. It is not investment related. I am the Manager of the LLC, which is in the process of winding down. There has been no business activity in 2020 other than some collections and payments of outstanding obligations. I play no day to day role in the business. It has no financial assets. I started the business in 2013 when I purchased the assets of another company. I am not compensated by the business. I also own 100% of AQI, LLC, which is a for-profit sole proprietorship. It owns one for-lease commercial building and has no other activities. I am in the process of trying to sell the building. It is not investment related. I spend no time on this business other than an occasional phone call or email on the weekends. I am not compensated by the business other than when flow-through income exceeds expenses, which has no occurred. The building was purchased around 2016 in conjunction with a business that I sold in 2018.
