Facilitator - I help Nationwide's team gather data from agricultural families interested in succession planning. The Nationwide team then creates a plan for succession of their farm operation. Author/Educator/Podcast/Speaker. 4 hours per month, Securities trading hours: 4. I deliver presentations with agriculture groups on the topic of business succession planning. I also help gather data to provide to the Nationwide Land as Your Legacy team so they can produce a succession plan, if interested. I help shepherd the process and deliver the plan and connect them with relevant professionals to help them execute the plan. May 01, 2011. 1 hour per year. I started a sales job while in college to sell electricity aggregation contracts to businesses to reduce their electricity bills when the state of Ohio allowed for deregulation of utilities. I still have 2 business (not clients or affiliated with clients) that I have ongoing contracts with and I receive a small 1099 commission. I usually contact the business owners via email once every 1-3 years prior to contract expiration to see if they would like to renew.
