As part of my role as an Oxford Investment Fellow, I serve on Limited Partner Advisory Committees for certain underlying investment funds where an Oxford private fund is a limited partner and receive no compensation for this role. I am a board member of Latitude Interiors Group (formerly known as SkyPaxxx Interior Repairs, LLC) which was a co-investment approved by our investment committee for inclusion in the 2023 Co-Investment Fund. The GP is Banbury Private Capital and we are the largest LP in the deal. This will be a non-paid position and will not create any potential conflict of interest.
