Evan Kaplan is a compensated member of the Nomination Committee of the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. The Nominating Committee is an independent panel that reviews the qualifications of potential candidates seeking election to the Board of Directors of the Cooperative. Evan first joined the nominating committee in January of 2023 and each year he must apply and be accepted for the position. Evan devotes approximately 4 hours per day spread over approximately 4-5 days from January through March toward this outside business activity, which is not investment related.
