Mr. Lanigan is a Principal of SAA. He is also the managing partner and founder of the accounting and consulting firm of Lanigan & Associates, P.C., ("L&A") which is affiliated with and shares office space with SAA. Tax, accounting, and consulting services provided by SAA principals on behalf of L& A are separate and distinct from the advisory services of SAA, and are provided for separate and typical compensation. SAA has another affiliate, Conifer Advisors, LLC ("Conifer Advisors"), whose primary business is managing the Conifer funds. Conifer Advisors pays SAA distributions and fees for services, which also benefits SAA's principals as owners of Conifer Advisors. As investors in Conifer Funds, the principals participate in the income/gains/losses from any personal investments in the Conifer Funds. SAA may solicit and/or recommend that clients invest in Conifer Funds from time to time.
