Effective 09/2017, Mr. Gauntt was appointed to the Board of The University of Texas Investment Management Company ("UTIMCO") and participates in the UTIMCO Compensation and Risk Committees. UTIMCO is a 501(c)(3) corporation engaged by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System to enhance the process by which various Funds' investments are governed and managed.
