1) Waldorf School Association of Seattle, dba Seattle Waldorf School/ investment related?:no / 2728 NE 100th St, Seattle, WA/ Education/ The Waldorf Seattle School is a private Seattle school with a $6,000,000 endowment run thru mutual funds at Vanguard. I know the treasure of the school, Fred Ingham from the cycling community. Fred is treasurer for the school and also sits on the Investment Committee. He knows I'm 25+ years in the investment business. He asked if I would volunteer for their twice a year Investment Committee review meetings as one of their committee members as a volunteer just left after their three year term was up. The ask is that I may volunteer for three years, twice per year when they hold their bi-yearly investment reviews. There are 5 people total on the Investment Committee from various backgrounds. Fred asked if I would simply help to review the twice a year analysis that they work up for their meetings. This is not paid, it's purely volunteer, I have no interest in soliciting any business from the Waldorf School, nor will I offer any services what so ever from UBS. I simply am another sounding board on this small investment committee to fill a role just vacated./ start date: 6/28/2021/ Member of a committee with management / supervisor functions/
