NCWVBC is a registered 501c3. I coach 12-18 year old girls between the months of October and May each year, and receive a small stipend (between $200-$3000) for coaching during the season. I also receive reimbursements from the club for out of town travel for tournaments. These reimbursements are limited to a certain nightly cost for hotels, gas mileage for travel, and a small stipend for food (between $15-50 dollars a day) depending on the nature and expense of the tournament. I also occasionally help with volleyball camps or one-on-one training sessions in the off season, which the club does offer a small stipend for as well on a case by case basis. The club also reimburses coaches who wish to attend Coaching Camps - which provide continuing education opportunities for coaches interested in furthering their knowledge of the game.  As a head volleyball coach, my duties are purely coaching related. I have no say in decisions of NCWVBC as a whole.
