Other Business Activities; Collect Data for Bergton Deer Management Coop DMAP program; I deer hunt with a group of 9 other people on a private property in Bergton, Virginia. Our group is involved in a special program which allows us to harvest extra does every year, over an above the normal bag limits that apply in the state of Virginia. The goal is to more properly balance the deer herd as it relates to the buck/doe ratio, and in so doing, to improve the health of the overall deer herd. In conjunction with this program, the hunters are responsible to remove the jaw bone of any animal harvested, and to record certain data, including dressed weight, health of the hooves, whether there is any milk present when harvesting does, etc. This data, along with the jawbones of harvested animals, is kept in a box, and at the end of the season, one of the 10 hunters is responsible to turn in the data to the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, to collect the written report on the overall health of the herd when it is complete, and to communicate directly with the representatives of that department as it relates to our ongoing involvement in that program. This year, the other members of the club have asked me to be the one who takes on this responsibility. I have agreed to take on this task, provided that this outside business activity is approved by Ameriprise. This activity involves no financial transactions of audits whatsoever, involves no compensation whatsoever, and will not in any way interfere with the for profit business activities that I perform through Ameriprise. It will likely involve about 2 to 3 hours of my time annually.; I plan to complete this work at home, and so I will use that add, ,; Not Investment-Related; 04/15/2019; 1 to 9 hours per month; 0 during trading hours.
