The intent of me participating was to get exposure to these individuals as many of them could be PB qualified. If I have interest, I can chose to volunteer to be a member of a three person team who meets with the business owner to discuss the business and provide guidance on potential next steps. The other two individuals are also volunteers. None of us have ownership, control nor have the opportunity. There is no compensation or possibility of getting future compensation for our insights. This is not a formal board for the business and all members can stop participating at any time
