Justice101, which I have listed above, is a non-profit dedicated to empowering students by educating them about their fundamental constitutional rights under the Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution. it is not investment related. It's an Iowa non-profit with a principal office of 666 Grand Ave Suite 2000, Des Moines, IA 50309. I am the President and Treasurer. A classmate and wrote the underlying curriculum in 2016 while we were in law school. I created Justice101 in June 2020 and received non-profit status in August 2020. Most months, I do approximately 5-10 hours forJustice101. My position at the University of Iowa College of Law is directly related to Justice101 because we teach the underlying curriculum to law students -- most frequently in January and August each year. The classes with law students are generally after trading hours. In January and August I go to Iowa to teach with the law students, which is the only events the usually take place during trading hours. Outside of events involving the University of Iowa, Justice101 generally holds public classes or workshops where we teach participants the metes and bounds of their Fourth Amendment Rights.
