I am currently the Chairman of the Board for The Overland Group Inc. This is a Commercial Development, and Construction Company that I have been running for almost 40 years. My two sons, Mike and Dave are now in charge of majority operations and business ventures. We have signed a contract agreement for my sons to purchase the full business from me. They have begun paying me out through a Seller Financed situation. I no longer take a wage from the Overland Group. I am currently putting in about 10-15 hours a week towards this company. I am helping my sons manage, and using my expertise and experience helping them gather an understanding of the real estate industry as a whole.
