I am the sole owner of Graduate's Guide, a company that is engaged in writing, speaking, and training on financial literacy topics. The address is 4272 Highborne Dr. NE, Marietta, GA 30066. I started the business in 2014 and published a book in August of that year titled, "The Graduate's Guide to Money." My time commitment fluctuates depending on the writing and speaking that I do. I typically do not devote any hours to this business during trading hours unless I present to a group over the lunch hour (2-3 times per year). In my capacity with this business, I write 2 blogs and speak to college students, young adult, and women's groups, typically in the evening, about financial literacy and money management. I occasionally will participate in a pod-cast or do other interview broadcasts related to the book. I also write CPE tests for a continuing education company as part of this business. Georgia Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce: Member of Board of Directors; Assist with planning and governance of the organization; Not investment related; Approximately 1-5 hours per month during business and/or non-business hours. Beginning in 2018, I will be an instructor for Kennesaw State University's CFP program. I will teach 2 classes during the 18-month program (10 - 12 weeks each, in sequence) held 1 evening a week beginning at 6:30. I have no obligations related to this work during trading hours.
