MYSELF POSITION: Property owner NATURE: I own a rental property, a family home, and rent it out the address is 2240 Avenida de los Arboles, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360We rent to a section 8 family. I have reported this previously, after having received permission from Compliance.Not understanding why it is not already recorded. There has only been one month where there has been no renter, and the property manager also handles all the upgrades, and fixes, etc for the home. I had owned it, as a rental, for almost 5 years (April, 2017) prior to that happening, and that was the first time I had ever been in the house. Now there is a renter in it again. I deal only with my personal financial matters of paying the gardener, and the mortgage, and the trash collection. Everything else is handled by the property manager.
