BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF THE CENTRAL PIEDMONT POSITION: Member of Board of Directors NATURE: BBBS matches mentors in the community with at-risk youth. They provide both in-school and community-based programs for youth that need BBBS services. The mentors (bigs) are all volunteers, and the youth (littles) are members of the local community who apply to be matched.
