I'm a partner at the law firm Paesano Akkashian, PC ("PAPC"). We are business law firm, specializing in commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and representing individuals and entities in various securities law related transactions or disputes. The business is not investment-related. PAPC is located at 7457 Franklin Road, Suite 200, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301. I am a partner and 20% owner of PAPC. I began working at PAPC on August 4, 2016.
