I joined as a member of the Junior Board of Directors for Oasis Counseling for Women & Children on February 13th, 2024. Oasis is a 501c3 charitable organization and is NOT investment related. Oasis is located at 14th Avenue South Birmingham, AL 35205. Oasis helps improve the quality of life for vulnerable women, children, and families . I probably spend ~2 hours outside of business hours per month dedicated to Oasis Counseling. I do not spend any time during securities trading hours focused on Oasis Counseling. My role on the Junior Board at Oasis Counseling for Women & Children consists of helping to coordinate the logistics of an art show event in June that will benefit the organization.
