1. Delta Chi Housing Corporation, Corporation owns the chapter house that the Delta Chi Fraternity members live in on the University of Minnesota Campus. We act as the landlords of the house and collect rent from the members living in. We pay the bills and budget to make updates and remodels to the chapter house, Member of Board of directors, I am the treasurer of the Delta Chi Housing Corportation. My duties include: Building a budget for the housing corporation and making updates throughout the year. Oversee the payment of bills as well as oversee the rent collection.
