Mr. Ades is the Managing Member of his family office, the GADA Family Office, which operates from the same physical address as that of Kawa Capital Management, Inc. ("KCM"). GADA Family Office carries on investment-related business and serves a number of family entities and trusts that Mr. Ades controls, all of which are Clients of KCM. Mr. Ades' position as Managing Member started on February 16, 2022, and he devotes approximately three hours per month to it, of which a portion may be during securities trading hours.
