I am the CEO of Holland Financial, Inc. (since 1/1/2007), which owns Holland Insurance Services, Inc. and Holland Advisory Services, Inc. As its CEO, I spend 50% of my time overseeing the management and marketing of these firms' services. I am also the managing director (since 5/1/2007) and majority shareholder of Holland, Tacinelli & Klayer, Inc., a tax and accounting firm. As managing director, I spend 30% of my time overseeing the management and marketing of this firm's services. I have also served as a director of The Davis Foundation, a private foundation since, 3/1/2024. I spend 5% of my time as owner and manager of Holland Brothers Farms, LLC, which raises cattle and livestock which began 08/2021.
