Mr. Hasara is the managing member of Sinnet Capital Partners, LLC, the general partner of Sinnet Capital Limited Partnership, L.P. He has served in this capacity since 2021. Sinnet Capital L.P. is a private fund utilizing a highly specialized microcap and small-cap investment strategy. Mr. Hasara spends approximately half his time during normal trading hours performing the investing and management of the L.P. Sinnet Capital Partners, LLC is located at the same address as Sinnet Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Hasara is a member of the Burroughs Wellcome Fund's investment committee. In this capacity Mr. Hasara attends three board meetings a year that he is compensated a nominal amount for attending. As a member of the investment committee he reviews and votes on the overall asset allocation of the fund and the terminations of outside managers as all members do. He does not recommend securities or managers to the fund. He spends a mimimal amount of time in this endeavor.
