We have a pier and a boat dock that is owned by the association and individual slips are each individually owned and deeded. INVESTMENT RELATED: No NUMBER OF HOURS: 2 SECURITIES TRADING HOURS: 0 START DATE: 10/01/2022 ADDRESS: Hilton Head Island SC, United States DESCRIPTION: I would be the President on a board of directors of 5 individual dock owners. No board member has individual authority to act in any capacity. All activity, decisions, etc are by majority vote of the entire board of directors. The property owner's association is managed by a local property management company, who maintains records of all activity, collects POA fees, disburses payments of expenditures. I have requested from board that someone else be responsible for handling finances and I will only act in capacity as one voting board member.
