Effective as of July 12, 2017, Browlie & Braden, LLC ("B&B"), now known as Hanover Hillcrest Holdings, LLC, engaged in a restructuring whereby substantially all of its advisory business was transferred to other entities, including Brownlie & Braden Advisors, LLC ("BBA"). Mr. Braden currently serves as President for both B&B and BBA and will do so until B&B is terminated. Mr. Braden currently serves as Managing Director of Cotton Creek Capital Management, LLC (03/2006-present), which serves as the general partner to Cotton Creek Capital Partners, L.P. and related pooled vehicles (the "CCC Funds"). Mr. Braden also serves or may serve as a director for one or more portfolio companies in which the CCC Funds invest. Additionally, Mr. Braden manages the general partner of BKB Capital, Ltd., a private investment vehicle, and may in the future manage other such partnerships ("Affiliated Partnerships").Mr. Braden currently spends approximately 80% of his time on investment advisory activities for BBA and B&B, approximately 15% of his time on investment management activities for the CCC Funds, and approximately 5% of his time on investment management activities for the Affiliated Partnerships. Substantially all of these activities take place during securities trading hours.
