I am an officer and Director in a family partnership. The family partnership is April Family Limited Partnership. It consists of April Family Management Inc. (S-Corp) (GP) and April Family Limited Partnership (LP). I fully own the GP, and my two sisters and I equally own the LP. The partnership owns and rents out three duplexes, and has two brokerage accounts, and a bank account. The duplexes are managed by a thirdparty: Neighborhood Realty. I am Vice President and Treasurer, and am a Director on the Board. My duties are limited and consist of monitoring the brokerage accounts and checking tax documents produced by a tax accountant. I receive no compensation. The business is investment-related. The address is 9903 San Luis Trail, Austin, TX 78733. The partnership was established in 1997. Before July 2021, I had no interest in the GP. In July 2021, I gained full control over the GP. The approximate hours/month is two, of which, 0.25 hours/ month during securities trading hours.
