Mr. Fischbach is an independent contractor for the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, located at 751 Granger Road, Montpelier, Vermont 05602; this is a non-investment related outside business activity which began on 3/25/20. Mr. Fischbach is the co-founder of On The Fly, (OTF) which is not a business entity, but rather a group of independent business contractors. The Vermont Chamber of Commerce (VCC) allocated a portion of Grant funds to OTF for using their business consultants to help Vermont businesses struggling through COVID. The VCC is acting as a financial pass-through. Mr. Fischbach is the bookkeeper for all Grant funds allocated to OTF, in addition to providing general business consulting and general administrative work. Additionally, Mr. Fischbach will be in charge of ongoing communication between OTF and VCC regarding the spending of Grant funds (for tracking purposes), but will not decide how funds are allocated.
