I am the CEO and own and operate an Insurance Agency. The Corp. name is FBC,Ltd. DBA, Financial Benefit Corp. We are located at 112 S. Prairie Ave. Sioux Falls, SD 57104. I have been incorporated since 1985. We have offered Health and Life Ins. We do write annuities also. I devote 160 hours per month to this business, and 160 hours during trading hours. I will now be devoting 50% of this time to my investment advisor business or 80 hours of my other business during trading hours. I run my agency doing administrative duties, write Insurance, and customer service.
