I am the owner and content creator of a separate online media channel operating under the name "KevinPiraCFP," which produces educational personal finance, investing, and retirement-planning content distributed via YouTube and other social media platforms. This business is investment-related in that the content concerns financial planning and investments, but it is not itself an investment adviser or broker-dealer and does not hold client assets. The business is operated from 3250 Scanlon Farms Road, Coralville, Iowa, 52241. My duties include researching topics, scripting, filming and editing videos, publishing content, and interacting with viewers at a general, educational level. I began this activity in November 2025 and devote approximately 12 hours per month to it, of which about 0 hours may occur during normal securities trading hours, with the balance in evenings and weekends. The content is intended for a broad audience and is limited to impersonal, general education; it does not provide individualized investment advice or securities recommendations to specific persons outside of my capacity as an investment adviser representative of Pira Wealth Management LLC. At present, I receive no compensation from this activity; potential future compensation may include platform-based revenue sharing (e.g., YouTube ad-share), sponsor or affiliate compensation, and indirect benefits from increased professional visibility. I am an independent contractor delivery driver for DoorDash, Inc. and Uber Technologies, Inc. (Uber Eats platform), a non-investment-related business. This work is performed from my residence in Coralville, Iowa and at various customer locations in the surrounding area. I began this activity in 01/2022 on and off a few hours per week and perform it on an occasional, as-needed basis, averaging approximately 10 hours per month, primarily during evenings and weekends, and approximately 0 hours per month during normal securities trading hours.
