I paint privately and sell paintings so rarely and at a low enough price point that I have not yet filed for a Sole Proprietorship. John Murdock Art is the professional name I use. It is not investment-related. The business is located in my home, 101 W Beach Pl Apt 1407 Tampa FL 33606. I started painting in 2009 and sold my first painting in 2015. I paint for about thirty hours per month, virtually none of it during securities trading hours. My duties are to gather supplies, paint and to exhibit with galleries, for which I mostly rely on the call-for-entry system. I do not have an ongoing relationship with any gallery. I post the paintings on Instagram.
