I am Health & Life licensed. I sell Medicare and Individual Health & Ancillary insurance. I work with May Insurance Services, Inc. (they are my General Agent, I am not employed by them or a 1099 employee). They are located at 110 Northwoods Blvd, Suit C Columbus OH 43235. I spend roughly 20 hours a month prospecting and selling insurance, with commissions payable to my current employer. It is not investment related. I started working with them as my GA in 8/2020. At some point in the future, I will also sell Life Insurance, LTC, and Annuities through Advisors Excel. At this point I spend roughly 5 hours a month doing this. They are located at 2950 SW McClure Rd Topeka, KS 66614. They do have an investment service, we do not use it. Only their insurance products.
