I am a manager of It's Our Road Farm, LLC. The LLC is managed largely by my sister with minimal input from me. The LLC holds a small plot of land that is leased to a farmer to grow cotton and sorghum. The activity of the LLC is not investment related. The address of the LLC is P.O. Box 6602, Scarborough, ME 04074. I have been a manager since 12/2012. I spend 0 hours of my time per month dedicated to the LLC and no time is dedicated to the LLC during trading hours. From time to time (maybe once a year) the LLC receives a letter of interest to purchase the land, I will spend less than 5 minutes reviewing to determine if we should further pursue the offer. During tax time I will review the P&L statement.
