The fund invested in 4 limited partnerships that invested in real esatte projects that ranged from existing apartments, urban retail/office redevlopment, hospitality redevelopment, and an apartment development. 4. Barry Baker is also the General Partner and investment manager of the Endurance Equity Partners, LP, Tucson Arizona (the "Fund"). The Fund is offering one class of Limited Partnership interests to qualified subscribers pursuant to a private placement exemption under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The Fund will generally consist of common equity but reserves the right to use any other types of securities to accomplish the objectives of the Fund, including cash or short-term investments, debt securities, other fixed-income securities or securities that pay little or no dividends. The Fund will primarily consist of common stocks of issuers listed on a national securities exchange. The Fund will likely invest in securities of well-known companies as well as securities of less recognized companies. 5.
