I dedicate 4-5 hours each week to this business with 90% of that activity happening during non-trading hours. 2) I am a 37.5% owner of TBT Investment Partners, LLC, a real-estate holding company owning one commercial property in Montana and leasing it for income generation. This business was started in May of 2022, is non-investment related, and operates out of 905 Colorado St, Belgrade, MT 59714. The company currently owns property in Deer Lodge, MT and I dedicate 2-3 hours each week to this business with 90% of that activity happening during non-trading hours. 3) I am a 33.3% owner in Hartman Land & Livestock Company, LLC, a real-estate holding company owning 1610 acres of farm & ranchland in Montana and leasing the property for income generation. This business was started in March of 2018, is non-investment related, and operates out of 300 Pheasant Tail Ln, Dillon, MT 59725. The company owns property in north Phillips County, MT and I dedicate 2-3 hours each week to this business with 90% of that activity happening during non-trading hours. 4)TDRS Enterprises, LLC is a catch-all individually owned LLC to organize all of the various expenditures and incomes not contained in my other LLCs. It will be the location where I collect 1099 incomes for soil sampling, construction, and various ranch work. I will spend a couple hours each month working for TDRS. No official duties of Stockman Wealth Management relate to the management or operations of any of my LLCs.
